Dr. Vikram Gupta is the Managing Director of G&G Skills Developers Pvt. Ltd. and a visionary leader with extensive experience in the skill development and vocational training sector. Since the inception of the organization, he has played a key role in laying down a strong foundation by implementing structured systems, quality training models, and ethical operating practices.

Under his leadership, G&G has expanded across multiple states and developed a wide network of training institutions including ITIs, VTIs, and Skill Development Centres. Dr. Gupta has been instrumental in aligning organizational objectives with national priorities such as Skill India, Make in India, and entrepreneurship development.

Dr. Shivangi Gupta serves as Director at G&G Skills Developers Pvt. Ltd. and plays a vital role in strengthening organizational culture, academic quality, and program implementation. With a deep understanding of education management and training systems, she actively contributes to improving training methodologies and student outcomes.

Dr. Shivangi Gupta is a strong advocate of education as a tool for empowerment, especially for youth and women. Managing Director - B.E, M.B.A

Er. Akshay Aggarwal is the Director – Operations of G&G Skills Developers Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for managing operational processes, infrastructure development, project execution, and training delivery systems.

With a strong technical and operational background, he ensures smooth coordination between departments, training centers, and partner institutions. His role is critical in maintaining efficiency, compliance, and performance consistency across multiple locations.

He leads planning, execution, monitoring, and performance audits for various government and non-government projects. His problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and operational leadership have strengthened G&G’s ability to scale while maintaining service quality.
