Refund and Cancellation Policy 

G&G Skills Developer Pvt Ltd (G&G) recognizes the importance to provide privacy policy for protecting with respect to personal details and information which may collect from the members on our website or applications or through any other medium. This Privacy Policy will help you understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection, handling and use of your information. G&G considers that the protection of personal information of its members is utmost important to our organization and strives to maintain a high standard to safeguard your privacy. (We collect the Debit/Credit Card details and other payment details, as per the rules and regulation law, established by the Reserve Bank of India and Card Companies) for the online payment of the fees. In some cases, we may also ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help verify your information.

 

G&G also notify that we require the user to pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking or other online payment mechanisms for the payment. G&G will collect such User’s credit card number and/or other financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete the payment transaction. Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process offered by a third party payment gateway. User’s credit card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. User is advised, however, that internet technology is not full proof safe and User should exercise discretion on using the same. This is to inform that G&G may not store credit card / debit card/ bank account numbers at its portals; however such information is required by third party payment gateway service provider. In case of any issue of usage of such information, technical issue or issue any other form at third party payment gateway, G&G shall NOT be responsible for any claim or consequences.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:-

​

  1. Online transaction charges are part of the Fee. You don’t have to pay extra.

  2. The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally transfer to our account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that fee is deposited well in time. G&G shall not be responsible for any Non- settlement of payment due to the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier or any other reason.

  3. G&G Skills Developer Pvt Ltd , having registered office at Gupta Nursing Home Complex, Raipur Rani, Punchkula 134204, Haryana does not warranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time.

  4. G&G Skills Developer Pvt Ltd , having registered office at Gupta Nursing Home Complex, Raipur Rani, Punchkula 134204, Haryana will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day fee transition fails. We strongly advice that you should submit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System well before stipulated time period to avoid the any fine exemption.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:-

​

  1. Technical issue In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official accounts statement but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement in such cases, it will take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in G&G account.

  2. Multiple Payments Case In case of double payment has been made and the payment gateway service also confirms it then, G&G will refund the payment after receiving the payment in G&G account as soon as possible.

  3. Other Payments Case: In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the member has to directly contact G&G and G&G decision would be final

  2. To Contact you for the necessary update

  3. For security and fraud prevention purpose

  4. To help improve our Services

  5. Quicker Payment transactions
